Her Public Relations firm, BG Agency, has been instrumental in representing and promoting the Commissioner of the Israeli Football League, athletes in USFL, Track & Field, NFL, and NBA, Fashion Designers, and Entertainment clientele. Her company focuses on personal brand strategies, event solutions, business start-up training, coaching, and mentoring. Dr. Gibson has guided numerous individuals and businesses to success as a trainer, mentor, and coach. She is the President/CEO of Project OIL Inc., a non-profit community development organization, and is involved in various global and local initiatives. Her fashion background is extensive as the CEO/Founder of Elah Image in Detroit, MI., and Birmingham, AL.  She has provided fashion, image, and etiquette classes and commercials for numerous corporations, non-profit organizations, and individuals. Her Lydia Joseph School of Business & Protocol for Women and Youth, headquartered in Birmingham, AL, and Brussels, Belgium, has expanded in Europe and into Freetown, Sierra Leone, and Accra, Ghana. As the author of "The Uncommon Woman of Faith" book, journal, and master class, "Ms. Marketplace Black Book" (For The Influential CEO), and "The UBranU Vision Journal," Dr. Gibson has established herself as a leading figure in the publishing and media industry. Her company, 7figure$ Publishing & Media, handles numerous clients and produces quality Christian books and digital promos that promote the Kingdom of God. Her experience as a former Marketing and Public Relations executive in Corporate America, where she worked with high-profile clients and organizations such as Ford Motor Company, Chrysler Automotive Industry, American Express, the City of Detroit, the Water Department, and the Elections Board, has honed her expertise. Dr. Gibson produced and directed a nationally televised program for the US Postal Service in conjunction with the Michigan Thanksgiving Day Parade. Dr. Gibson's unwavering commitment to youth education is a testament to her work. She provides Sports Protocol training for youth attending football and basketball camps and hosts her annual business camps for youth. Dr. Gibson had been actively a part of Alabama's Governors Committees for Marketing & Tourism, Small Business, and Education for 14 years. Dr. Gibson sat on the Mayor of Birmingham's Sister Cities International Commission for a year. She sits on the Pro Player Prayer Project Advisory Board and Samford University Sports Marketing & Small Business Board & Entrepreneurship. She assisted in the preparation of the Sports Marketing curriculum for the students of Samford University. Dr. Gibson was sanctioned in Washington, DC, in September 2022 as State Director of Alabama "She Leads Alabama" under the "She Leads America" umbrella that honors distinguished and influential Christian Women of America. She is the Alabama Christian Women of Media Connect Director and the Alabama State Director of Christians United for Israel.
